Most professional development stops at insight. You complete the assessment, name your strengths, and then return to the same patterns because nothing in the process helped you translate what you found into how you actually work. This programme is designed to close that gap.


Working From Strength: The Coached Programme combines the full self-directed workbook with six one-to-one sessions, structured around your progress through the material. You work through each part of the workbook at your own pace, and when you are ready, you bring what you have done into a session with Paula to consolidate, challenge, and apply it. All six sessions must be completed within twelve months of purchase.


Session 1 follows Part One (Chapters 1, 2 and 3), where you will have built an evidence-based picture of your strengths from your own career history and the observations of people who know your work. That session consolidates what you found and helps you articulate it with accuracy and confidence.


Session 2 follows Part Two (Chapters 4, 5 and 6), which examines how your strengths actually behave under pressure and across different professional relationships. That conversation moves from observation to implication, examining what your patterns mean for how you work and how you are experienced by others.


Session 3 follows Part Three (Chapters 7 and 8), the gap work. This is often the most significant session in the programme. You will have mapped where you are now against where you would choose to be, and identified the nature of any gap honestly. The session helps you sit with what that gap actually is before moving to action, and separates what is within your control from what is not.


Session 4 follows the alignment and conditions work in Part Four (Chapters 9 and 10), consolidating your self-knowledge before moving into the practical positioning exercises that close the workbook.


Session 5 follows the CV, LinkedIn, interview and career narrative exercises, where you bring your actual outputs. The session sharpens everything so it reflects your strengths accurately and compellingly.


Session 6 is a review of your completed Professional Strengths Portrait, the substantive personal document that draws on everything you have worked through. That session identifies what it tells you, what your next three moves are, and how to sustain your best work going forward.

This is not a coaching programme built around conversation. It is built around work, your work, examined carefully, with someone who knows how to read it.


Upon purchase, you will receive a booking link to schedule your first session. The workbook will be sent to you by email ahead of that session. Pay in full or spread the cost over three monthly payments with PayPal Pay in 3. All six sessions must be completed within twelve months of purchase.
