Session 1: Clarifying What You Want Next up to 60 minutes

A structured coaching session using guided reflection to get underneath the surface questions. What do you want more of?

What are you ready to leave behind?

What does a role that genuinely fits your strengths and experience actually look like?

This session produces a clear, honest direction. Not a wishlist, but something specific you can use.

Session 2: Evaluating Your Career Options up to 60 minutes

A practical session where we look honestly at up to three careers or roles you are drawn to. We explore how each one fits with your strengths, skills, experience, and real-life priorities, and identify clear, realistic next steps for the options worth pursuing.

One Month of Personalised Support

Throughout the month you will have tailored guidance, a 15-minute check-in to keep your thinking on track, and direct email access for questions and reflections between sessions. Support that is there when you need it, without pressure.

By the end of the programme you will have:

A clear sense of direction, grounded in who you are and what you bring. Confidence in your own judgement, not borrowed confidence, but earned clarity. Practical next steps you can act on.
