How I Work With You

Support grounded in your working life

We start with the situation you are facing, the experience you bring and what you want to achieve. That means considering your skills and strengths alongside the expectations, relationships and working conditions around you.

I bring more than 15 years’ experience in career development, a Level 5 coaching and mentoring qualification, and accreditation in Strengthscope® and Strengthscope® Leader.

My approach combines careful questioning, practical advice and preparation for real workplace situations. We might explore career options, prepare for a development conversation or examine how you communicate your contribution.

Depending on the service, you leave with agreed actions, written recommendations or a development plan, focused on steps you can realistically take.

Career Consultation

£125 · A 60-minute consultation, online or in person.

If a workplace issue or career decision is taking up too much of your thinking, a Career Consultation gives you time to examine it with an independent perspective.

You might be considering greater responsibility, preparing for a development conversation or questioning what needs to change at work. We explore your situation, consider your options and agree practical next steps.

Suitable for one specific concern, or when you are unsure which type of support would help.

Work Fit Audit

£145 · A 60-minute consultation, pre-session questionnaire and written summary.

If you want to stay in your job but find parts of it draining, frustrating or making poor use of your experience, the Work Fit Audit helps you examine what needs attention.

We look at your responsibilities, workload, strengths and working environment to identify where changes could help. You leave with a written summary of your priorities and practical next steps, which may include clarifying expectations, discussing responsibilities or identifying development opportunities.

Career Confidence Strength Programme

£750 · Practical support for experienced professionals who want to contribute, make decisions and put themselves forward with greater confidence.

If you hold back in meetings, overthink feedback or struggle to explain what you bring, this programme helps you understand what is happening and decide how you want to handle it. Over four months, two consultations and four coaching sessions focus on your working environment, strengths and real workplace challenges. Between sessions, you can email me or book a short check-in. A follow-up session two months after the programme ends reviews what is working and what needs further attention.

Includes lifetime access to the Built From Strength Podcast, Overcoming Obstacles course and 3X Confidence and Authenticity Masterclass.

Strengthscope Standard Profiling

£325 · Strengthscope® Standard profile, 360 feedback report and a 60-minute debrief.

If you want a clearer understanding of your strengths and how others experience your contribution, this assessment provides a structured starting point.

Your profile identifies strengths that energise you, while feedback from colleagues adds another perspective on how you use them at work. During the debrief, we explore the findings alongside your responsibilities and development goals, including where strengths may be underused or overused.

You leave with agreed development priorities and practical actions to try in your current role.

Career Coaching

£100 · A 60-minute coaching session, online or in person.

If you know what you want to improve at work but find it difficult to act on, Career Coaching helps you turn that goal into practical action.

You might want to contribute more in meetings, set clearer boundaries, prepare for a difficult conversation or take on greater responsibility. We examine what is getting in the way, develop an approach you can try and agree how you will review your progress.

Book a focused session for a specific goal, or discuss further sessions if you need continued support.

Career Pathfinder Programme

£225 · Free Initial Briefing, three sessions and one month of support.

If you want something different from your career but are unsure which options suit you, Career Pathfinder provides an accessible starting point. We explore your interests, skills, experience and practical priorities, then consider up to three possible careers or roles.

Two exploration sessions of up to 60 minutes and a 30-minute planning session help you narrow your options, understand what each would require and agree realistic next steps. Includes a 15-minute check-in and one month of email support focused on the options discussed.

Career Positioning

£200 · A pre-session audit, written recommendations and a consultation of up to 75 minutes.

If your career materials no longer reflect your experience or the opportunities you want to pursue, Career Positioning helps you identify what needs improving.

I review your questionnaire and agreed materials, such as your CV or LinkedIn profile, then prepare a report highlighting gaps, unclear messaging and opportunities to present your experience more effectively.

During the consultation, we discuss the findings and agree which changes to prioritise. You leave with practical recommendations to implement yourself. This service provides advice and feedback; document rewriting is not included.

Strength Ready

£349 · CV, tailored cover letter, career positioning session and interview preparation.

If you have a role in mind but need help presenting your experience clearly, Strength Ready brings your application and interview preparation together.

We identify the skills, achievements and experience relevant to the opportunity, then use that evidence to develop your CV and a tailored cover letter. A career positioning session helps you explain your contribution, while interview preparation helps you build relevant examples and communicate them clearly.

Suitable for professionals applying for a new role or an internal promotion.

Interview Ready

£375 · One consultation and two practice sessions over two months, plus two check-ins and email support.

If you have an interview ahead and want structured preparation, Interview Ready helps you connect your experience to the role and practise explaining it clearly.

We begin by reviewing the role requirements, interview format and relevant examples from your work. Two practice sessions give you time to rehearse answers, receive specific feedback and improve how you explain your contribution.

Includes two check-ins and email support focused on your interview preparation. Suitable for external applications and internal promotion interviews.

Let’s talk through your situation

You do not need to choose a service before speaking with me. A free 30-minute Initial Briefing gives us time to discuss what is happening at work, what you would like to change and which support may be appropriate.

We will consider the scope, cost and next steps, so you can make an informed decision. There is no obligation to book further support.
