Organisations don't always need a whole team in a room. Sometimes it's one person going through a promotion, a return from leave, a difficult transition, or a role that's grown faster than they have. Internal Development Coaching gives your people focused, one to one coaching support, built around their specific situation, delivered by someone who works from what they're good at rather than what's going wrong.

This is coaching for individuals, bought by the organisation. You choose who takes part. Sessions are confidential to the person being coached. The programme includes a summary report on themes and progress, shared with you as the sponsoring organisation, so you can see the return on the investment without needing the private detail of each conversation. The person being coached also comes away with their own clear takeaways and a forward plan to work from.

How it works

Before coaching begins, there's a short scoping conversation with you to establish what this person is navigating and what a good outcome looks like from the organisation's side.

Each person then works through a structured arc of three sixty minute sessions, one package, not sold individually: an opening conversation to establish direction, a working session to build on progress, and a close out session to consolidate and set a forward plan.

Organisations can bring this in for one person or several, each going through their own three-session arc at the same time.

Pricing

Three-session programme: £450 per person.
