This shows up most for people in the middle of their career. You've built up years of experience, real results, and hard-won judgement, but explaining it clearly under pressure is a different skill entirely. You might be going for your first leadership role, moving after a redundancy, or simply out of practice because you haven't interviewed in years. Whatever the reason, it's rarely a lack of ability. It's the gap between what you know you can do and what comes out when someone's asking you to prove it.
Interview Ready starts with a deep dive into the role you're going for and the interview you're walking into, because a panel interview and a case study need completely different preparation. We'll work through where things have gone wrong before, or where the nerves tend to catch you, and build out the real material: the stories, the achievements, the moments that show what you bring. Often people have more to draw on than they think. They just haven't had a reason to say it out loud.
This is where your strengths come in. Once you can see clearly what you're good at and why, answering interview questions stops feeling like performance and starts feeling like description. You're not inventing a version of yourself for the panel. You're finally putting into words what's been true all along.
From there, two practice sessions put that material to work. You'll answer real questions, get direct feedback, and sharpen your delivery until it feels like your own voice, not a script. By the final session, you'll be walking in knowing exactly what you've got to offer and how to say it clearly.

What's included
Interview Deep Dive — A full diagnostic session. We'll cover the role, the interview format, where things have gone wrong before, and build out the real material you'll draw on: your stories, your achievements, the moments that show what you bring.
Practice Session One — A live run-through against real questions, tailored to what came up in the deep dive. Direct feedback on content and delivery.
Practice Session Two — A second run, closer to the pressure and pace of the real thing. Final adjustments before you walk in.
Two 15-minute check-in calls — Short calls during the two months to talk through anything that's come up, keep your prep on track, or work through a specific question before your interview.
Email support — Ongoing email access across the two months, so you're not on your own between sessions.
Sessions are spaced across two months, giving you time to absorb feedback and rebuild answers between rounds rather than cramming everything in at once.
