That gap is what Interview Ready closes. It starts with a free Initial Briefing Call, so we can talk through what interview you're facing and whether this is the right fit right now. From there, a short assessment shows me how you naturally answer, before a focused preparation consultation builds out your real material: the stories and achievements that actually show what you bring, centred on the specific role and interview ahead of you. Two practice sessions put that material to work, with direct feedback until it sounds like your own voice, not a script.

What's included
Initial Briefing Call (free) — A short, no-obligation conversation to talk through what interview you're facing and whether this is the right fit right now, before anything is booked or paid for.
Interview Answer Assessment (30 minutes) — A first look at how you naturally respond, so the consultation goes straight to what matters.
Preparation Consultation — Focused on the specific role and interview you're facing. We build out your real material together.
Practice Session One — A live run-through with direct feedback on content and delivery.
Practice Session Two — A second run, closer to the real thing. Final adjustments before you walk in.
Two 15-minute check-ins, plus email support — Across the two months, so you're not on your own between sessions.
Sessions run over two months, with room to absorb feedback between rounds.
