How it works
Book and pay online. You'll complete your Strengthscope® Leader assessment, and we'll invite your chosen colleagues, stakeholders, and team members for 360 feedback. Once your report is ready, you'll receive it ahead of your session so you can read it through first. We then meet for a 2-hour debrief, where I talk you through the findings in depth and we work through what to do with them.
