Strengthscope Standard
A strengths-based assessment combining your own self-perception with feedback from colleagues, managers, or peers. You get a detailed view of your core strengths, how they drive your performance, and where they tip into overuse under pressure. The 360 adds external insight, showing where what you intend doesn't match how others experience you.
Particularly useful if you're preparing for a new role, have received mixed feedback you can't quite make sense of, or want a clearer read on where you actually add value.

How it works
Book and pay online. You'll complete your Strengthscope® profile, and we'll invite your chosen colleagues, managers, or peers to give 360 feedback. Once your report is ready, you'll receive it a day ahead of your session, so you can read it through first. We then meet for a 60-minute debrief, where I talk you through the findings and we discuss what actions make sense from there.
